Help fortnite won't start (self.fortnite) submitted 1 year ago by account2810. hey, when i try to launch fortnite from the launcher it says "busy" then "running" and then "busy" again. after that it will go to "launch" again and nothing happens. i've tried to reinstall the epic games launcher and the game. i've also deleted appdata multiple. The new update brings a few big things for both gamemodes. but i wouldn't know, because i can't even open the d#mn game. 5.1 aye? new birthday llama?. Some are having issues getting the epic games launcher to open correctly. some times it may be opening as a background process. often times you can run as administrator and it will help also.. Fortnite is a video game. if your child has a playstation 4, xbox one, or pc, they can download the game for free and start playing. it’s also coming soon to mobile for some reason.. Fortnite won’t launch been having trouble these past few days with fortnite not launching. i can click on the fortnite launch game on the home screen, in the xbox store and even have a friend invite me but after 5 seconds it always goes back to the home screen..
